Monroe County Fair (July 24-30):     Hope to see you there!

Fourth of July Fireworks (July 4): I enjoyed collecting donations at the gate as people came to the fairgrounds to see the fireworks put on by Amvets with the help of various sponsors. Great show! It was definitely ~~~HOT~~~!

Independence Day Parade (July 3): We had a big group march in the Fourth of July Parade in Bloomington. Mila - the wonder dog - was the star again! (July 4 is Mila's birthday.) It sure was fun marching with all these good folks and seeing the many people who enjoyed the parade.

Harrodsburg Heritage Days Parade (May 23): Cheryl and her supporters (and their kids) marched in the parade and met hundreds of people. Mila - Cheryl's faithful companion of the 4-legged variety - joined in and dressed up for the occasion. My team had a good time handing out candy to parade watchers.
